Custom Illustration
We believe in a collaborative approach to bring your vision to life. From the initial brainstorming and concept development to the final illustration, we work closely with you at every step.
We start with multiple ideas and sketches, allowing you to choose the direction and style- whether colour or black and white.
All digital illustration is shared via Adobe Illustrator files, making it easier for you to view, provide feedback and even make minor adjustments or notes if needed.
We keep communication clear and consistent through email, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision.

Offering digital illustrations for clients, such as portraits, character designs, or book covers.

Our Process :
Initial consultation: We start with a collaborative discussion to understand your vision, goals, and any specific themes or ideas you have in mind.
Concept development: I'll create initial sketches and concepts, incorporating your feedback to refine the direction and style.
Review and Revisions: We'll go through multiple rounds of feedback and revisions to ensure the artwork aligns perfectly with your vision.
Finalisation: Once everything is approved, ill deliver the final high- resolution artwork, ready for the print or digital use.
Timeline: For comprehensive projects, such as a book illustration, a typical time frame is around six months, ensuring attention to detail and quality.
Art Workshops or Tutorials :
Offering online or in- person workshops teaching techniques, whether it's pen or Digital illustration.
Artist Credit Policy :
All commissioned artwork will include proper attribution. The client agrees to credit Donna Mindart/Donna Flynn in the acknowledgements or credits section on the book, both in print and digital format.
Usage Rights :
The client is granted usage rights for the artwork as outlined in the contract. Any additional use beyond the agreed scope, such as promotional materials, requires prior approval.
Revision and Timelines :
The project will include two to three rounds of revision in more complex projects and only one round of revision in the standard package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. The estimated timeline for completion is typically two to four weeks for a small single project and three to six months for larger projects such as books and the client will be updated on the progress.
Cancellations and Refunds :
In the event of cancellation, the client may be entitled to a partial refund based on the work completed. Details to be specified in the agreement.
